  1. 人工智能幫手，人作決定

    老師每日都會留意到學生嘅小進步。呢個示範介紹三個人工智能輔助功能。

    畫面用嘅係虛構資料。人工智能幫手準備文字，最後仍然由人決定。

  2. 一：將紀錄變成觀察建議

    喺老師頁面打開學生成長檔案，按「建議一則觀察」。系統會參考已儲存嘅紀錄。

    你會見到文字建議同原因。老師可以接受或者拒絕，接受之後先會加入已確認嘅觀察。

  3. 二：草擬進度報告

    第二，按「草擬進度報告」。人工智能會根據檔案紀錄，準備一份可以修改嘅初稿。

    老師檢查內容、儲存草稿，再決定係咪分享俾家長。人工智能唔會代老師自動發送。

  4. 三：將統計數字整理成摘要

    第三，計劃管理員可以喺數據分析頁面要求一段摘要。呢個功能讀取嘅係匯總統計數字。

    摘要幫手指出值得了解嘅地方，方便人員再跟進，而唔係替個別學生作診斷。

  5. 睇吓實際畫面

    以下係喺示範網站錄低嘅實際畫面，同樣係頭先嗰三步，用嘅全部都係虛構學生同虛構紀錄。

    老師打開成長檔案，撳「建議一則觀察」。建議出現嘅時候，連埋原因一齊顯示。

    老師未接受之前，檔案唔會有任何改動；撳拒絕就等於冇發生過。

    跟住用同一批紀錄草擬進度報告，未有人撳分享之前，佢一直都係草稿。

    最後喺計劃管理員嘅數據頁面，摘要讀嘅只係匯總數字，唔會睇任何一個學生嘅紀錄。

  6. 建議唔等於結論

    最重要係，人工智能有可能出錯。建議唔等於結論，每份初稿都要由人檢查。

    影片分析目前仍然係暫定功能，唔應該當成已完成嘅能力。呢段短片只介紹已接駁嘅文字輔助流程。

  7. 喺示範網站試吓

    想試吓？喺示範網站揀老師身份，先試觀察建議同報告初稿；再切換到計劃管理員，睇吓數據摘要。

    人工智能負責幫手，最後決定始終喺老師同管理員手上。

  1. Capture

    For a clip, the system derives gentle, non-diagnostic signals — for the teacher's eyes only.
  3. Draft
    A small AI drafts a strengths-based report from the evidence — nothing invented.
  4. Approve
    The teacher edits and approves every word before anything is shared.
  5. Share
    With consent, the report reaches the family — clearly marked AI-assisted, human-approved.
  6. Oversee
    Programme, NGO and researcher see de-identified figures, with a full audit trail.
