  1. 人工智能辅助，人来决定

    老师每天都会留意到学生的小进步。这个演示介绍三个可以协助整理文字的人工智能功能。

    画面使用虚构资料。人工智能提供起点，最后的判断仍然由人负责。

  2. 一：从记录生成观察建议

    首先，在老师页面打开学生成长档案，选择「建议一则观察」。系统会参考已经保存的记录。

    老师会看到文字建议和原因，可以接受或者拒绝。只有接受以后，才会加入已确认的观察记录。

  3. 二：起草进度报告

    第二，选择「起草进度报告」。人工智能根据档案记录，准备一份可以修改的初稿。

    老师检查内容、保存草稿，再决定是否分享给家长。人工智能不会自动代替老师发送报告。

  4. 三：把统计数字整理成摘要

    第三，计划管理员可以在数据分析页面要求一段文字摘要。这个功能读取的是汇总统计数字。

    摘要帮助指出值得了解的地方，方便人员继续跟进，而不是对个别学生作出诊断。

  5. 看看实际画面

    以下是在演示网站录制的实际画面，还是刚才那三个步骤，使用的全部是虚构学生和虚构记录。

    老师打开成长档案，选择「建议一则观察」。建议出现时，会连同原因一起显示。

    在老师接受之前，档案不会有任何改动；选择拒绝就等于没有发生过。

    接着用同一批记录起草进度报告，在有人选择分享之前，它一直都是草稿。

    最后在计划管理员的数据页面，摘要只读取汇总数字，不会查看任何一个学生的记录。

  6. 建议不等于结论

    最重要的是，人工智能可能出错。建议不等于结论，每份初稿都需要人工检查。

    视频分析目前仍然是暂定功能，不应当宣传为已经完成。本片只介绍已经接入的文字辅助流程。

  1. Capture
    The teacher logs an everyday moment — a note, a photo, or a short clip.
  2. Insight
    For a clip, the system derives gentle, non-diagnostic signals — for the teacher's eyes only.
  3. Draft
    A small AI drafts a strengths-based report from the evidence — nothing invented.
  4. Approve
    The teacher edits and approves every word before anything is shared.
  5. Share
    With consent, the report reaches the family — clearly marked AI-assisted, human-approved.
  6. Oversee
    Programme, NGO and researcher see de-identified figures, with a full audit trail.
